The online memorial page and the digital QR code are activated immediately after payment confirmation. You receive access by email and can edit and share the page right away — no physical shipping is required.
Physical products — dispatched within 3-5 business days
- Orders for physical products (ceramic plaques, QR plaques, pendants, bracelets, magnets) are dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery is carried out by express courier, to the address provided at checkout.
- Total time to arrival may vary depending on destination and possible carrier or customs delays for international deliveries.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
- Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
