A collaborator is someone you give the right to add content to the memorial page — photos, stories, comments. A collaborator cannot delete other people's content and cannot change the page settings. Control stays with you.

How to send the invitation — step by step
Collaborator access is granted from the memorial page settings, directly by email.
- Open the memorial page and go to Settings
- Select the Collaborators section
- Enter the email address of the person you are inviting
- They receive an email with a direct access link
- Once accepted, they can add photos and stories immediately
Managing access
You can revoke access at any time from the same Collaborators section. The collaborator receives no notification when access is revoked. All content they added remains visible — you decide whether to delete it.
