How long does it take to receive my QR plaque?
Your plaque is made and handed to the courier within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 1–3 business days within Romania and 3–7 business days to other EU member states. We deliver only within the European Union, and delivery is free. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can you help me set up the memorial page?
Yes. Email support@lifemory.eu or message us on WhatsApp at +40 779 243 541 (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Romanian time) and we will guide you through creating the page, uploading photos and activating the QR code.
What if my plaque gets damaged?
The ceramic plaque comes with a 25-year commercial warranty covering fading, cracked or peeling glaze, and a QR code or NFC chip that stops working because of the weather. If the issue is covered, we send you a new plaque with the same QR code free of charge. If the plaque arrives damaged, we remake it free of charge under the legal guarantee. Can I edit the memorial page after it has been created?
Yes, at any time. From your account you can add photos, texts or videos, correct details and change the privacy settings. The QR code on the plaque stays the same.
