Warranty

Teleorman, 147130, România, email support@lifemory.eu, phone 0779 243 541. Lifemory is the brand under which TOP GUIDE S.R.L. sells the products on lifemory.eu.

• Product: the ceramic memorial plaque with QR code and NFC chip, ordered on lifemory.eu.
• Duration: 25 years from the date the plaque is delivered.
• Territory: all countries we deliver to (see our Shipping Policy).

With normal outdoor use, the warranty covers:

• fading of the print caused by sunlight and weather;
• cracking or peeling of the glaze;
• a QR code that can no longer be scanned or an NFC chip that stops working because of the weather.

• impact damage, breakage from a fall, or vandalism;
• incorrect fitting (other than as described in the instructions supplied);
• cleaning with abrasive products or tools.

1. Email support@lifemory.eu with your order number (or the email address used for the order) and a photo of the plaque.
2. We reply within 2 business days at the latest.
3. If the issue is covered, we send you a new plaque with the same QR code, which opens the same memorial page. Production and delivery are free of charge.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771; Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021) and does not affect your statutory rights. Details of the legal guarantee are in our Returns Policy.

The digital memorial page stays online for life, with no subscription and no further payments after the one-off payment. If the service were ever to close, we will tell you at least 6 months in advance and provide a complete copy of the page (photos, texts, videos).
